Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as flexible as possible. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. If you need to cancel more than 48 hours before your scheduled event, you may do so without any additional charges. While the deposit is non-refundable, it can be transferred to a new date if you choose to reschedule your event with more than 24 hours' notice, subject to availability. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the event may be subject to additional fees and the deposit will not be transferrable. Please contact us as early as possible if you need to make changes to your booking.
